3. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on the device of the person visiting it, in order to recognise them on later visits or remember their choices. Similar functions can be performed by other tools, such as browser storage (local storage), tracking pixels or third-party scripts.
4. Cookies and tools used by the websites
The websites do not use cookies of any kind: neither technical, nor analytics, nor profiling, nor third-party cookies. They do not save data in the browser's storage and do not use pixels, scripts or third-party statistics or tracking tools.
5. Visit statistics
Visit statistics are calculated only from our server's logs, without cookies and without external tools. To recognise returning visitors we use a fingerprint calculated on the server from the logs: nothing is saved on your device. 6. Why you will not find a cookie banner
The websites do not use cookies or other tools that store information on your device or access it. For this reason there is no need to ask for your consent and we do not display any banner (art. 122 of the Code on the protection of personal data; Garante's Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021).
7. Links to other websites
If you follow a link from our websites to an external website, that website's own cookie policy and privacy notice apply.
8. Browser settings
You can nevertheless configure your browser to block or delete the cookies of all the websites you visit. On our websites this changes nothing, because we do not use any.
