Privacy notice — Browsing the websites

This notice (Art. 13 GDPR) concerns browsing on the websites of Blue Eagle Technology S.r.l. and its brands listed in section 2. For contact forms, notice BET-GDPR-CF-001 applies; for newsletters, notice BET-GDPR-NL-001 applies.

3. What data we process
When you visit the websites, the web server automatically records in its access log, for each page requested:
- IP address;
- date and time of the request;
- page requested, with method and protocol;
- outcome of the request and size of the response;
- referring page (referrer);
- type of browser and operating system (user agent);
- any address forwarded by a proxy.
We do not collect any other data while you browse. This data is necessary for the websites to function.
To recognise returning visitors, every day we calculate from the IP address and the browser a non-reversible fingerprint: the IP address cannot be derived from the fingerprint.
4. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- Operating and protecting the websites against abuse and cyber attacks — Legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the websites (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and obligation to adopt appropriate security measures (Art. 32 GDPR).
- Producing internal visit statistics (number of visitors and visits, pages viewed, browsing paths, returning visitors), calculated from the server logs, without cookies and without external tools — Legitimate interest in understanding how the websites are used and in improving them (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We exclude search engines, automated programs and attack attempts from the statistics. We do not use this data to profile you.
5. Who can see your data
- Blue Eagle Technology staff authorised to manage the websites, bound by an obligation of confidentiality. Logs containing the IP address can be read only by the internal service that calculates the statistics; the statistics do not contain IP addresses and can be consulted only by authorised staff.
- Providers acting as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR): the websites are hosted on servers in data centres in the European Union, managed by Blue Eagle Technology's technicians.
- Authorities, only where required by law.
The data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Browsing data remains within the European Union: it is not transferred outside the EU.
7. How long we keep the data

8. Cookies and tracking tools
The websites do not use cookies, do not store data in your browser and do not use third-party statistics or tracking tools: statistics are calculated only from our own server logs. For this reason you will not see a cookie banner.
9. Your rights
You may request at any time:
- access to your data (Art. 15);
- rectification (Art. 16);
- erasure (Art. 17);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
To do so, write to privacy@blueeagle.it or to the DPO (dpo@eu-gdpr.it). We will reply within one month, a period that may be extended by two months in complex cases (Art. 12.3 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority) (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State where you live or work (Art. 77 GDPR).
10. Changes and translations
This notice may be updated. The version in force and any subsequent changes are published at blueeagle.technology/privacy. The text is drafted in Italian: versions in other languages are courtesy translations and, in case of discrepancies, only the Italian version prevails. Date of last update: 01 October 2026.
