 These terms of use apply to all websites of the Blue Eagle group, hereinafter referred to as “the Site” or “the Sites.”

The website “the Site” is an online information service provided by Blue Eagle Technology S.r.l. (hereinafter “Blue Eagle”) regarding its main business activities. Use of the Site is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you are invited not to use the Site or download any materials from it, nor to use them in any other way.

2. Limits on Use

Blue Eagle Technology S.r.l. is the sole owner of the rights to the content (including graphical design) of the Site and affiliated sites, including but not limited to:

  • Eagle Care

across various TLDs and domain variants.

All content is protected under national legislation and international copyright agreements. Content may not be copied, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, modified, published, or distributed, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Blue Eagle, except for storing it on your computer or printing excerpts solely for informational purposes. Use of images separately from the text is prohibited.

Trademarks and other distinctive signs appearing on the Site are owned by their respective owners and may not be used on any site other than the Site, nor in any form, without prior written consent from Blue Eagle. The Site may not be used to create any type of contact or link without prior written authorization. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Limitations of Liability

The information on this Site is provided in good faith and believed to be accurate by Blue Eagle. Users of the services offered must carefully read and accept the general conditions related to each specific service.

All information is provided without any express or implied guarantees, and Blue Eagle cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Site or the information contained therein. Content may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and may be updated by Blue Eagle without prior notice. Blue Eagle also reserves the right to implement, modify, or update services described on the Site without notice.

4. Links

Blue Eagle assumes no responsibility for materials created or published by third parties to which the Site is linked. Visiting an external site linked from the Site is at your own risk, and you are responsible for taking all necessary measures against viruses or other harmful elements. Linking to other sites does not imply any relationship or obligations between Blue Eagle and such third parties.

5. Information Received by Blue Eagle

Any material sent to Blue Eagle, for example via email or contact forms, will be used exclusively for managing commercial relationships, including sending informational newsletters. Data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and the USA. Personal data may be accessed by authorized personnel and communicated to external collaborators or affiliated companies for the purposes indicated. Data will not be disseminated publicly.

6. Cookies

A “cookie” (a small data file sent to the visitor’s device while browsing the Site) may be present to track user navigation. You may configure your browser to alert you when cookies are present or to refuse all cookies automatically.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Brescia, Italy has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these terms. However, Blue Eagle reserves the right, when necessary, to bring legal action in courts of other countries or cities to protect its rights.

8. Trademarks

All trademarks owned by the Blue Eagle group listed below may not be used by third parties without prior written authorization from Blue Eagle and within the limits of that authorization.

10. Data Controller

The updated list of data processors and authorized personnel is kept at the Data Controller’s registered office.

In compliance with GDPR, the Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), contactable at: dpo@eu-gdpr.it. DPO records are held at the Controller’s registered office.
